The main thing on any hosting is support. Here it is very decent, almost no answers in tickets in the style of “on the back”, you can see that tickets read not on “ diagonal”, do not drive you around in circles answers “about nothing” (so sometimes do on other hosting, apparently in the expectation that the client himself will figure it out). Almost always help real action or useful advice, and very quickly. I rent a server with basic administration, sometimes even, I think so, help where and should not..in other places would have gotten a rebuff in the style of “figure it out yourself” (although, of course, and brazen should not expect that the support will do your work for you). In addition, never once there was a feeling that you are trying to impose some kind of server upgrades as the simplest solution to your problem, as it sometimes happens in other places, say, take a cooler server and everything will be fine.
