High Risk Client Fee

For some countries, from which there are a large number of orders that violate the law and our agreement, an additional fee is charged, the so-called High Risk Client Fee. This fee is used to cover all types of risks. It is not possible to exclude this fee.

Here is a list of some possible reasons for enabling the High Risk Client Fee:

• using private/incognito mode in your browser
• login to our system from a virtual machine browser, emulator
• using different privacy methods that are not standard browser functionality
• logging in from browsers we already know about, which triggered the security system
• mass complaints about spam, phishing, and the like
• creating more than three accounts
• use of knowingly fictitious personal data

The list is not exhaustive, but at the same time it clearly indicates that we do not welcome clients trying to be too anonymous.

High Risk Fee can also be assigned to clients individually in case of suspicious activity.
