Secure field in ticket

When creating a ticket, there is a separate field called Secure Field, which is intended for entering such information as:

• server password
• special character information
• other important information that should be kept hidden from prying eyes

The ticket message field can distort special characters. The protected field is spared from this disadvantage. In addition, the field is hidden and the information in it is displayed only when you click on the field.
The data in the secure field is securely encrypted. This way your data is completely safe.

You can enter data into the protected field either when creating a ticket or afterwards.
