On-demand renewals allow clients to pay for their next billing cycle in advance of invoice generation. They can renew during the billing cycle at a time that works best for them.
On-demand service renewal is available to the client no earlier than:
- 31 days before the next due date for monthly billing period
- 92 days before the next due date for quarterly billing period
- 184 days before the next due date for semi-annually billing period
- 366 days before the next due date for annually billing period
The service cannot be extended before these deadlines. In this case the button is not available.
